"I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund."

"The rooms and facilities are heated both for business meetings, travelling business people, and single and family travellers as well. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen! Room heaters and air conditioners are very quiet compared to most other hotel rooms. The off-season pricing was really fair, too, and offered us the best value, period."

"Property has changed ownership and the new owners are horrible. I had made this reservation 6 months ago as soon as I purchased tickets to the Luke Combs show. The new owners refused to honor my original rate that I had reserved months ago and decided to increase the rate by over $65 the day of. It was completely unacceptable and the most ridiculous situation I've been in. the hotel was run down and not clean as the previous reviews had said. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel now that...

"Great stay, and great staff"

"first room smelled like cigarette smoke. Fan in bathroom was banging and sounded like an airplane was crashing in the ceiling. Floors in room were filthy. "

"The rooms are clean. Odd to be totally locked out of the HVAC controls, it was off in one room the entire stay and we couldn't control it. The second room had temp set on 43 degrees and it couldn't be adjusted. Strange to only get one washcloth. Breakfast waffle and link sausage was good, but those powder eggs were nasty."

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."
