"AC definitely kept the room cool, Breakfast was quite good. Loved the hospitality and how quick it was to have an enjoyable conversation with almost everyone. My most favorite…the king bed putting me to sleep like a rock! If there’s ever another time I visit Orlando. This will be considered almost immediately."

"It smelled like pure PISS. It was even hard to fall asleep, it made no sense. We only stayed for a night and the smell did not go away. The food at the breakfast was mid but eatable… But the staff was really kind. And it’s not that close to Port Canaveral to be honest, it was like a 25-30min drive and was like $70 for the Uber (if you’re thinking of booking it before going on your cruise). Oh and we could literally hear everything that was going on outside of the room."

"While checking out of my room I noticed that my room was not cleaned from the day before. I noticed rice and salt & pepper under the fitted sheet. I also noticed leftover food items from a previous guest in the refrigerator. I took the food to the front desk staff and the clerk told me to toss it in the trash can in the kitchen area. I just thought the staff forgot to clean the refrigerator so gave them benefit of a doubt but now realize the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. I...

"This hotel nickels and dimes you! We had several charges on our credit card that we felt were not warranted or expected! $5 for parking in their parking lot and $3 for the safe in the room! Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Comfort Suite again."

"Smelled strongly of cleaning fluid. Good floors and ceiling. Bathroom tub to floor not sealed. Pictures were not same as property. This is a motel not a hotel. Has 2 nights planned...left after 1 night. Credit was given for 2nd night."

"The room I had didn’t have a higher toilet which made it hard to use and no grab bar. Hot water wasn’t hot, barely lukewarm. "

"The only off putting thing is that they’re pumping techno music into all public spaces 24/7. It makes it impossible to enjoy a quiet moment reading outside or at the pool , or be able to eat dinner in peace. Very poor decision by upper management to do this."
