"This is such an amazing hotel, with nice size swim pool, sauna, steam room, very large gym, and a jacuzzi. Staff are great, really helpful and attentive both in the hotel restaurant and the gym area."

"Unfortunately, upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the property bore little resemblance to what was advertised, and the experience caused significant distress to my family. On arrival, the front of the hotel appeared derelict and closed, with no visible signage, no other guest vehicles, and a police van parked outside. After driving around the side of the building we eventually located the reception entrance, however we were alarmed by groups of intoxicated individuals loitering...

"Lovely room. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to help. Very well mannered and a pleasure to talk to. This was our second stay and definitely won't be out last. We stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary weekend and it was great. Room spotless and amazing staff. Very happy "

"The room was dirty, with cigarette butts and ash in the drawers along with dirty takeout bits, the toilet just had cleaning fluid sprayed on top of something gross, there was no tea making facilities in the room, the food seemed to be from a van outside and the cherry on top was being kept awake at 2am by a voilent sounding drunk trying to kick doors in until the police arrived, then being greeted with ripped clothes and blood on the stairs as we left."

"First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. After we left, the host messaged to say we wouldn’t get the full refund back as the door was unlocked, despite the fact you require a fob to enter the building. They also then suggested items were missing from the apartment such as a chopping board and remote. I told them we had...

"Plenty of free parking. Good wardrobe space. Quiet room. Only downside: tv didn't work, think it was probably a wifi problem as here was intermittent recdption."
