"Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. "

"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March. She was incredibly rude and told me to change the room immediately, which was around 9 am. However, I had an appointment scheduled for around 10 am and needed to be ready and leave. I asked if I could change the room in the afternoon but she refused, said either change the room now or use a fan. I was very upset and managed to change the room. After my appointment, I returned to the hotel and took a rest. Afterwards, I put all my dirty clothes in the washing machine but it wouldn’t work. I was so frustrated and again I informed the receptionist. She changed my room again. On the arrival day, when I was checking bed before use, I saw hair on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel or use ever. I travel a lot and throughout my travels history I never had any issues like these."

"I was asked to sign a document and return it but no pen was available. No pen with keys, no pen in the room. The tea caddy where the spoon was stored was very dusty. Everything else was great. Thanks. "

"The booked room was unavailable due to residual aroma after pest extermination. The electrics in the 2 rooms were unsafe, numerous power boards and loose power switches. One TV was unplugged from numerous connections from a power board under the bed and the other TV could only receive 2 channels. At 0715 a high pitched squeal occurred when the adjoining unit’s shower was being used. A dripping tap from the nearby en suite was a nuisance. 2 night’s stay was not enjoyable. "
