"Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel definitely needs some updating. During our stay the keys were not working until this morning. That was definitely a pain, but not the staff’s fault. I do feel like there should have been someone helping the lady last night. She was having to check people in and then also having to leave the desk to go let people in their rooms because of the key issue. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned at all. Someone else's hair was in the bathtub. There was a dust beneath TV that means that was cleaned long time ago. "

"In door pool very small 5 kids in it there no room for us and the hot was right there so with screaming kids Now if they would keep it open for us older couples that would fix this"

"The room was clean and comfortable. That is the main thing I look for when choosing a hotel. This is a 6minute drive to the MSU campus which was also a bonus. The downside is the elevator was sketchy. Sounded like it was complaining opening and closing. Breakfast was also disappointing. They had cereal, oatmeal, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, and bread. I went down around 8:20am so if there was fruit it was gone before I got there."

"We did not have any towels in our room, only two washcloths. When we called the front desk the attendant said “everybody and their momma is needing towels, it will be a little bit” we were only there for one night so we never got towels. Room was great, but that was not ideal. "

"We were very disappointed in this property. We had just returned from a full day of business meetings and were exhausted and told both elevators were out. We had to carry very heavy luggage and meeting supplies up the stairs. The room was dark and dated. The bathroom had damaged trim and the ceiling had water damage. We didn’t have any wash cloths or a bath mat when we arrived and had to wait for them after our long day. The breakfast was just ok. I travel to this area often and will not stay again. "
