"Fantastic location made it easy to drop by our room between activities to drop stuff off or just take a breather. We had a room with two full beds and were pleasantly surprised by its size. Compared to other hotel rooms we’ve had in Manhattan, this one was more spacious."

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. Management wanted to give me points due to my experience which is ridiculous and the other manager said she would give me 50%off one night which she didn’t only have me 30% I didn’t even bother to call and fight it I’m tired of the run around vacation is suppose to be an escape not a constant problem."
