Property is in an amazing location. Don't let the transit to the hotel scare you off. We did boat transfer and once we figured out the schedules it was a super efficient system to get out and about to explore. Staff was super helpful, couldn't ask for more such a relaxing stay. Would absolutely book again!

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast very complete with many options. The location is right on the lake and very relaxing. The bath products were luxurious. There was a small fridge in our room and water was provided. The rooms have air conditioning as well. Very relaxing stay. On site restaurant was excellent. As was all the staff.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Spectacular views of lake, beautifully clean hotel, very comfortable beds, great AC which was much appreciated in July high temps and lovely hikes from the property. A little more variety with dinner menu would be lovely but items on menu were great and we loved bfast. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back! Many thanks :)

The room was perfect for a solo traveler. I had a great view of Lake Lucerne. The room was soundproof so I did not even hear the wedding reception that was going on right below me. The staff go the extra mile to help with any request. The ferry arrives twice per hour and there is a bus to Weggis for light shopping. Paddle boards are available and there are a few stairs to the water. Highly recommend!

Super stay with friends in the property. The lake view family room which consist of two rooms is really spacious, view is breathtaking. You have access to a private beach with paddle and kayak. We are definitely recommending this property.

I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis.

The views from the property were absolutely stunning and they offered great amenities such as indoor and outdoor saunas, kayaks, lounge chairs by the lake, private beach, and gym. My friend loved the serenity of the property. The service at the hotel was excellent. Definitely would recommend staying here!
