"Location of the hotel is great, all attractions are within walking distance. Check-in process was smooth. My only wish is for the management to do a better job educating the staff on the surrounding area that would definitely be useful for tourists staying at the hotel. I am talking about using public transportation. The girl at the front desk couldn’t asnwer simple questions, which to me seems to be lack of instruction from the management.
