"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"The apartment is stunning and finished to a very high standard. It included essentials like hairdryer, iron, umbrella, shampoo and body wash. They had even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets .The freezer door needs adjusting as it cannot be opened with the location on the fridge door. We had a little issue when we rang from the airport to ask if there was anywhere we could leave our luggage as we had arrived earlier. We were told they didn’t have a reservation in my name.
