"They have really upgraded the hotel and it's very pretty. The rooms are comfortable, but we did have issues with the room temps. However, they sent maintenance over right away and fixed it. The only other this is the sidewalk around the pool is torn up and you cannot walk barefoot on it. The pool was clean and there were lots of shady trees and umbrellas. The restaurant and the Grace Jones Ballroom were both beautiful and the food was great. The have robes in the room, which are very cute, but...

"The property looked clean but my first room was infested with ants and the second room they gave me had a smell. The air conditioner leaked all night and barely worked."

"Breakfast was good people were nice. Eating area appears clean. Our room door didn't close or lock had to wait for them to call someone to fix it. Used a door to the pool and it fell off its hinges. Told the staff and they said they will get it later. One of our pillows smelled like BO."

"The king suite was roomy but, was for a disabled person. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was visible mold on our ceiling. In spite of paying a little more for an “upgraded” room it was just a place to sleep."
