"All good. We requested a late checkout and it was granted. But somehow the next shift did not get the message. They had half cleaned our room when we showed up. They did get us back the important belongings that we left in the room. Other than that everything was ok "

Amenities were great, a lot to do. Would have been a little more convenient to get the pool towels at the pool instead of asking for one at the lobby desk every day and then having to return it there. We stayed last year and loved our room with the old world furniture, this year the rooms were nice but modern so they lacked the...

"The setting of the property on the lake with gazebo’s for the patrons to set in was really nice. The breakfast area was pleasant, but when I went down-between 8 & 9, i found empty bowls where selections must have been earlier. Hopefully they were refilled, but i did not have time to wait and see. I would stay there again."

"Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed."
