"Upon arrival to room we entered bathroom to put away our toiletries. We found long hairs in bathtub and on floor. We decided to clean up ourselves assuming it was just an overlook and that can happen. Next day upon return to room we once more found a fairly large clump of long hair in our shower/tub.
