"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment."
