"My only complaint was the sheets were rough and made my skin and my daughter's skin itchy.... maybe the detergent? Otherwise the room was very clean, breakfast was great, bag check was easy and valet was quick and not too pricey! All the staff were pleasant and professional! "

"The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was a mess when I arrived. (Like hair in the shower) The hotel is very conveniently located so that is a huge plus and not super expensive. I felt safe the whole time, and staff was helpful when I arrived. "

The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."

"The style of the room was perfect for us since my sister likes to sleep with the TV on, and I like to sleep in dark and silence.the The 2 sections of the room was just right. We would have liked to have had some paper plates and plastic ware in the cabinet for us to microwave some of our restaurant leftovers. The cabinet door under the sink was sagging, and there was a huge hole on the bottom of the inside of that cabinet. The sink did not leak at least. There was some kind of stain on the ceiling. Because the room was what we needed, we were able to mostly ignore these things. The remote only worked on one of the televisions actually both remotes worked on one television. The other TV had no working remote. Fortunately, that was in the bedroom where I did not need a TV so we did not request requested to be changed out for another. The first night we noticed that there weren’t any sheets on the sofa bed and no blanket. My sister had gotten sheets from the desk early in the day, but no blanket. The night staff person said they didn’t have any blankets and people just sleep on the sheets, but there were no sheets on it. I bring my own extra soft blankets everywhere, so my sister used the blankets from the bed, and I used my own. The next day staff person knew where the blankets were and brought a brand new one for my sister for the sofa bed. In spite of these things, we had a nice stay. The pool was good, the courtyard is cute & nice. The housekeeper lady is friendly & helpful"
