"while I was checking in front desk staff specifically one girl was very rude, I might never being rude with my guest like that while working. "Staff were the best, property needed upgrading"

"Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back"

"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . The bathtub inside the room with a view was great. Loved the blue tooth speaker in the room as well to enjoy some music. Reception also helps with dollar exchange...

"Small boutique hotel in the heart of Colombo, walking distance to the ATM, cafes and restaurants. Service is friendly, personal and non- intrusive. Pool is small but enough for a quick dip. Gym is tiny but enough. Third time staying, will be back!"

"Fantastic hotel, the room and facilities were fantastic and the staff were always so kind and helpful."

"Lovely colonial hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Great salt water pool. Loads of history and character. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful"

"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Lokasih hotel bagus mau makan cukup gampang tapi pelayanan hotel ini kurang bagus jadi merasa kurang nyaman"
