Very basic as expected for the price, but cold night as duvet was very light, room smelt damp / musty, and empty reception with hostile answerphone message was a bit scary (no one to help you, good bye) made me think I might have fallen for a trick, so it was a relief to get a person on the line several minutes later and get access to the key.

Super convenient location. It had everything we needed, the kitchennette had pots, pans, cups & cutlery. The room was a bit dark but the beds were comfortable and staff were accommodating. The window detailing was amazing.

I actually think it was ok for the money- not many other choices at this price in central Wellington over a busy holiday period. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. However, I do think the cleaning could be more vigilant- the shower curtain could be washed more regularly and I went to pick up something I dropped so noticed the accumulation of dust, etc under the bed.

Booked two king spa rooms for 3 nights. Relatively comfortable, however broken heaters in both rooms (housekeeping did bring us working ones). One spa tub had what looked like blood splats. Great water pressure. A guest kitchen for use was good for our breakfasts. Overall, was happy with stay here.

Worst place my father and I have ever stayed in. Paid for two nights did not return for the second night. Incredibly dirty. The ONLY good comment I can make is the bedding was clean.

It’s cheap accomodation so doesn’t have any frills. The cleaning tea are very helpful - but the rest of the service was a bit average. Note - the advert says sky TV, but there is none. Also - you can hear the base from nearby nightclubs all night

Overall the stay was okay and comfortable and had what we needed for the night. There was no reception on site but the janitor happened to be in the back and was able to contact owner (?), get our room key and send him a photo of our ID (kinda seemed like a sketchy process). The room is in an older building that had public access from downtown. Not soundproof at all as it’s regular wood doors along a hallway. But overall okay considering the low cost of the room and last minute booking.
