Was very good , there was an empty water bottle behind the curtain from previous guests , but rest was all good. Staff were lovely, and room service as awesome. A great place to stay , will be back.

Parking was easy with a smaller car, staff were friendly and very helpful, I had noted mobility issues in a message with the hotel and whether it was coincidence or not we had an accessible bathroom which was much appreciated. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel however after speaking with other guests in the lift they said it was delicious and the coffee + croissant for $5.00 was great value. Great venue close to the St James Theater

Rooms were clean. Everything is close by. We could walk to takina conference center, the Te Papa museum, the water front and the Cuba area. Publix transportation is easily accessible but you need NZ cash or the bus card. Ubers were easily available too. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel is able to keep your bags if you check out and flight is late. Parking is available.

Room was large and had everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Downfalls were the very tight parking garage spaces and the neighborhood, while close to everything, was a little dirty, lots of homeless people too.
