Very helpful with organising parking, staff were friendly and room was clean. However a member of the room service staff let themselves into my room 1 hour and 15 minutes before check out time to tell me to checkout. Was a bit shocked and confused by this.

The hotel is central to everything. Access from The Terrace and Lambton Quay. Friendly staff clean room. They just need to make sure you have sufficient plates and cups for all occupants other than that nice hotel
