No air co, the unit is very old had to open the window because it was so hot. The place needs a make over, and the place needs a major make over over priced would never stay again the unit was dirty.

James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor
Great location and easy access to main streets. Outside of buildings run down but it doesn’t reflect the atmosphere inside. All staff we dealt with were great. We will stay again
