Oaks Wellington Hotel
We had a room with city view on 3rd floor and it was light and pleasant. I personally would not like a windowless room. The restaurant was very good and the checking process straightforward. Excellent location for our purposes

Willis Wellington Hotel
Earthquake prone building, only 15% of new build strength. Stained carpet and blinds, possibly due to leaky windows. Duct tape on the bathroom windows! Bath stained. Noisy due to leaky window frames, despite double glazing. Pluses were the nice bed and large rooms.

Microtel by Wyndham Wellington
Very poor service or no service. Gadgets in the cafe not working. If AC gets broken, no one to repair it , the guest has to change the room of the hotels choice

Very central just by Courtney Place and airport bus stop. Nice, clean, friendly, simple, and beautiful bathroom I should add. All you need.
