"The hotel website claims to have a shuttle from the Tampa airport to the hotel. This information is NOT accurate; there is no shuttle. Reception staff simply shrugged their shoulders when questioned about this. Sure, they can't fix it but customer service suggests they at least acknowledge the problem and say they will let management know about it.
One room smelled of urine--help!
The microwave and safe did not work.
Find an alternate hotel!"

"Only spent 1 night in this hotel but what really stood out is how clean it was and how friendly all the staff were. The location was near the Brandon Exchange too so it was convenient when I needed to have my phone screen fixed.
Things to consider would be that breakfast ends at 9:30am. For someone who comes from Asia/South Florida that is way too early LOL
The pillows were comfortable but my preference would be not that thick. Other travelers love it so that’s another pointer.

"Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay."

"Don't let the 'recently renovated' fool you. It's all a facade. I was quite disappointed in this property. It was noisy between the other guests and barking dogs. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. Oh and the design of the kitchenette was beyond ridiculous. Doors that you couldn't open because there was a wall in the way. Definitely never staying at this place again."

"Only two towels in a four person room, the $8,700 coffee maker makes terrible coffee every time, the beds are hard, the toilet kept running and paying $25 a night for parking is crazy.
