"Booked a king bed room thru Expedia, when we checked in and went to the room, we found that it was a double queen bed room. So we went back down to the front desk and let them know that there was a mistake with the room, showed them my reservation information from Expedia and was told that we booked the room through a third party (Expedia) so the king bed room could not be guaranteed and all of the king bed rooms were booked so the double queen room was all they could do.
