"The room decor was old, but the pool was nice. Our toilet broke and I had to ask twice for it to be fixed. The AC was really weak for being in Wenatchee where it's quite hot. They never cleaned our room even though we were out from 9am-4pm. There was one staff person who tried to help, but it was just him, the others completely missed the mark."
