"My family and I had an amazing weekend stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family getaway. "My room smelled so bad. Smelled like semen ! I did not sleep. Right now I am so sick from the smell. My room had no remote for the television. The floor was not clean. My white socks turned brown. The sheets did not smell good. I am so sick from the smell"

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation which we did not know about. There was dumpsters and containers all over the front entrance, boxes, carpet, flooring stacked in the dining room and lobby, Sheetrock debris all over the elevator and piles of old lamps and doors in the hall. The pool was closed. The exercise equipment was so old and making noises it shouldn’t. The beds are incredibly firm. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"Worst hotel in raleigh. There’s bugs in the rooms, the toilet was broke in my room, and you can’t go out your room without someone asking for change or drugs. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."

"What a great hotel in the middle of Raleigh. A friend and I were attending a concert at Coastal Credit Union Pavilion and needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far and reasonably priced. Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual....

"Hotel was being rennovated but well run. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts and food was excellent. Wife had had knee surgery and found the toilets too low for comfort. Will look for handicapped room next time."
