"We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. "Lovely location, tricky to find at night, signage could use better lighting. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Room was very pleasant but in need of a bigger bed, a queen or king would have fit comfortably in the room. The pillows were too small and far too soft, as with the mattress. We booked a room with lake view, which could just about be seen between the trees. The balcony was a nice touch and so too was the staff accommodating a meal request even though we only arrived...

"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."
