Stayed in a suite for 2 nights. Everything was perfect and so convenient for everything. Train station opposite, along with plenty of taxis. Shopping was next to the hotel.
Wonderful breakfast was included in our rate, and everyone was so helpful in the restaurant. The check in was perfect and once again everyone was so helpful and friendly. Not far from the cruise port, a short taxi ride away. We are already planning another stay next year!

The hotel is perfectly placed if you are heading for the ferry port at Ostuferhafen, ferries to Lithuania. It is just across the river and a few minutes drive away. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we were very quickly registered and in our room. My son and I went to Germany for the first time. We really enjoyed our visit there and was very impressed with GHotel in Kiel. Germany has fantastic opportunities for cyclists and Ghotel had access to many adult and children bikes. We hired two bikes at 6 Euros each for a day and had a great time getting around.
