"Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us."

"Sehr schöne Lage! Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war recht reichhaltig. Nur leider wurden uns mitten beim frühstücken die Teller vor der Nase weggenommen, weil es hieß wir sollten uns bitte an einen anderen Tisch setzen. (ein anderes Paar ebenfalls) Der Tisch an dem wir saßen war nicht reserviert o.ä. Könnte man für die Zukunft dann besser beschriften oder bereits beim Eintreten kurz anmerken."

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. "I want to be as upfront as possible. DO NOT book this hotel especially if you prepay. It does not match the description. You think you’re staying in a nice chalet next to the lake. However, where you’re really staying is on the backside of the restaurant across the street. The halls look like a dungeon with no natural light or ventilation. The room on the website looks bright and airy. It is not. There was one window where we could see everyone climbing the outside stairs to their rooms but...

"Very basic bed & breakfast hotel. They offer free parking outside, in front of the property. The stuff are friendly. The room was tight and very basic. It did not have a small fridge or air-conditioning. Happened to be there on a very hot day and it was quite hot in the room, despite a small portable fan type of cooling device on the floor, which was quite loud, but I had to use it to keep the room temperature to a bareable level.
