"Das Hotel hat einen wirklich sehr schönen historischen Charme!
Es gibt moderne, sowie auch ältere Zimmer, beide sind auf ihre Art und Weise ansprechend, wenn auch die älteren etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.
Die Lage ist ruhig und schön, mit angrenzenden Parkplätzen und nebendran ein wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant!
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich."
"The Elaya Hotel Oberhausen was cleaned property, The Front Desk Staff Women's was very disrescpectful than the men's, The morning breakfasts was one way food, the same breakfast for 7 days, same food and the same drink for 16.00 euro per guest/person. The room was not cleaned for the whole 7 days. i have to go to front desk and asked for toilet paper 2 two times."
