"Best place I’ve ever stayed in in Kraków! Amazing location in a renovated historical building. The staff were very kind, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the price was great, and breakfast was very good as well. I will almost certainly come back and would absolutely recommend it!"

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, as well as management, and the cleaning crew were all very courteous and kind.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the old town square. Walking pretty much everywhere is very convenient

"Property claims to have a sauna which it don’t we paid extra compared to other properties just for that reason. There was 5 of us but only 4 single beds and the property claims to sleep 14 which is a lie as one of us had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa which don’t turn into a sofa bed "

"A few surprises:
1. No instructions to enter the property, even though I had communications with the property for two consecutive days.
2. Finally received instructions to enter after been waiting at the entrance for over 10 mins.
3. No mentioning of need to take a 12 steps narrow stairs to get to the bed.
4. Towels are way overdue to be replaced."

Very clean. Included bottled water that could be refilled at water station in hotel.
Coffee and tea in room was great for early mornings.
Location was fantastic walkable to all the sights and restaurants."
