What a piece of paradise just spent 5 nights there - a total relaxation utopia good pool - no bar or restaurant on site but opposite great bar with food and entertainment open air but no issues with noise or anything just tranquil with great views fully recommend

Clean room, indoor pool included although the shower in both the men and women's toilet were running cold so we just showered in the room. Excellent stay otherwise.

I’m a repeat customer, and that speaks for itself. Always look to stay here when in Franklin, as this unique hotel is a great find and so different to the bland standard you get elsewhere. It is deliberately kept it’s history for all to see and Paul the host will give you the story of the house. Breakfast is wonderful, cooked fresh each morning, and Paul will always look to accommodate your every need.

This place is just wonderful. A great place to relax and unwind within walking distance of the Smokey Mountains. Toni and Scott are amazing hosts and the breakfasts are fab. In fact the banana bread and pancakes were the best I have ever had!

Recently refurbished motel near the centre of town. Plenty of places to eat and all walkable.
