"The room was very modern but they have chosen form over function in the bathroom. The sink is just a slab without a bowl. This causes water to splash on clothing especially during shaving or cleaning teeth. The partitions doors were broken. The lift would not go up to the pool area unless you 1st went down to the ground floor and the ability to cast from your device to the tv did not work due to slow wifi but the in-house netflix did work after a period of buffering."

"We stayed at Quest St Kilda for almost a week and it was a solid, no-frills option in a great location. The property is basic but clean, and the tram station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The reception and cleaning staff were nice. While there aren't a lot of amenities, the small gym and laundry room was convenient for a longer stay like ours. The rooms aren't huge and can feel a little tight with two people, but for the location and the affordability compared to other...

"The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. "

"Room was ok. The complex is a motel, not appartments as advertised. I had a problem guest next door who was constantly arguing and slamming doors and riding a motorcycle around in front of the rooms. Some arguments were with motel staff. Went on all 3 nights I was there. Ruined my stay. "

"I’m a regular at Middle Park. It’s sited in my favourite part of Melbourne and parking is a breeze. The rooms are well designed and fairly quiet. All hotels start to slide at some point. Things start to break, things get damaged, people take their eye off the ball. I feel like the first signs of this are starting to appear. A poorly functioning showerhead; a door that won’t properly close; dust and dirt in those hard-to-reach areas of the room, a paint chip here, a scratched cupboard there....
