"Only one elevator operational. Bedsheets very scratchy. Extremely loud music playing in lobby and around the pool constantly. Staff was accommodating. "

"We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome."

"Everything is just as advertised but better. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure that all the little things you need are provided. The rooms are extra clean and well decorated with beach theme in mind. The continental breakfast was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee. They even had snacks in the evening and it was even decorated for Easter. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Folly. We are definitely looking at returning in the future."

"The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

"When we got to the property I thought everything looked descent. The front office staff were okay, not very friendly but not rude. The room initially looked clean and we stayed the first night. Breakfast was horrible, sausage was burnt, gravy was cold and the lady that cooked was loud and angry. She complained the whole time to anyone that would listen. I was frustrated. We went back to our room and we had seen something on the bathroom door when we initially came to the room on the first day...

"Clean room, great environment. There were some glitches, one day we didn't have hot water and we didn't have a phone in the room to call front desk. But overall, would definitely go back. Great location and all very nice folks working there. "
