"Suggest a throw blanket in the room as extra bedding"

"Parking is/ was/ can be a disaster. Parking is not assigned and we found out late at night that they seem to allow unlimited guests to park in the parking lot, asking with the staff. The staff did move their car to accommodate us, however the space was too tight and we decided to park on the street to avoid getting our car dinged. We voice or concerns to the staff and it was a non issue. We also had the king with the bathtub room, and the fan speeds didnt work, it was stuck on the highest speed. The bed was old and bending from the middle so we kept rolling off the sides. I also tripped really bad and twisted my ankle leaving the room due to broken and uneven stones, which were covered by an entry mat that was not an even foundation. So women with heels be very careful"

"Clean room and friendly staff. Provided dining options and directions. Property is well-maintained and within walking distance to beach, restaurant and shops. Will keep this one on the list for future trips."

"Spectacular! In every way. Our check in was easy, the staff was helpful and informative. Our room was large with comfortable beds and a sitting area. We were on floor 2 with a balcony and a view of the ocean. Villa Rosa is an easy walk to the wharf and State Street. There is a complimentary wine and cheese offering in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. We didn't swim but did have wine in the courtyard. Villa Rosa is a beautiful boutique hotel!"
