"We had a wonderful stay. We were so surprised at how well appointed it was! We booked at last minute but we will come back many times!!! We were impressed with all of the amenities!
One item of distress was that the on line booking jumped by $80 so we called and woman said that the fee was correct. So we tried another service who offered for less so we booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly owner!!"

"this hotel is our favorite for Santa Barbara weekend getaways! a half a block from the beach = walking distance to the pier and several great restaurants... and it's super cute. pool and hottub area are nice and quiet... lots of statues and plants throughout. staff is friendly and helpful, although front desk isn't manned 24hrs, they are responsive. it's an old building and the decor is antique-ish, but comfortable. definitely recommend!"

"Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. "

"This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...
