"Hadde et fint business rom med eget soverom og en liten kjøkkenkrok i stuen. Romslig bad med boblebadekar. Benyttet oss av bassenget, det og området rundt var rent og fint. Delte ut lån av gratis badehåndklær. Frokosten var gid, ikke noe ekstraordinært men hadde alt vi trengte og mer! Spiste middag i restauranten, her var mat og service veldig bra! "

"Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town. "

"Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty.
