"We booked a room with queen size beds however our room only had one double bed. When asked front staff regarding bed size she stated our bed was a queen and it was the same size as all beds in all the rooms. When I restated the bed was in fact only a double size she appeared unconcerned and no effort was offered to check it out or ensure we got the room size we booked. The room was very small and only suited to one person- not two persons with multiple travel luggage. The cramped room had one working light, AC fan was far too loud and grinding to have on. Bathroom amenities were scarce for 2 persons again highlighting it was a double room for one person . I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. "
