"Edwardian splendour Balcony needs attention and really good bathroom products are difficult to use in the shower as they don’t dispense properly which is a shame Would stay again as it’s a hotel with great character "

"Although we appreciate we were not in an assisted bedroom we would have appreciated a handle on the wall to aid getting in and out of the bath. This was a comment from my husband who is not disabled. I was unable to use the shower as I was unable to get in the bath - I am disabled. Anyone who has a disabled blue badge can park for free on the car park behind the pub. This saved us £18 per night. The evening meal we had was fantastic, really tasty!. Breakfast was great. "

"We found the staff welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with everything one would need for a short stay. The breakfast buffet bar simply groaned with a huge range of cold food and drinks and there was a good menu for cooked alternatives. We were only able to fit in one evening meal and we went for the specials choosing fish for both starter (trout paté) and for mains – as we were near the sea, we decided on ‘catch of the day’ which turned out to be sea bass. "Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals, croissants, fruit juice and a cooked breakfast which was cooked to order. The entrance and exit to the hotel is very narrow so be careful. The swimming pool is about 12m long but is 2.5m at the deep end."

"The hotel had lovely features and warm friendly staff food looked lovely.. didnt have a meal through visiting family so had food elsewhere... did have a few pints in the evening great choices of drinks and the staff were lovely.. stayed in single room which was immaculate a huge beer gardenwith loads of seating. didnt have breakfast as left early to get back to wales... overall the hotel was great and.would definitely use this hotel again.. its a credit to to you and set in a lovely little...

"We came from Australia to be central to family for 6 nights. This amazing inn felt like home and the staff were so lovely and welcoming along with the food being amazing. Our room was very cosy and felt relaxing after long days out. I would stay here again as I have never felt so relaxed after a long flight from the Uk! Julie the landlady is so kind and caring looking after her guests! 100/10! Highly recommend!"
