"Wir hatten die Presidential Suite gebucht – das teuerste Zimmer im Hotel. Vier Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen eines angeblichen technischen Defekts zunächst in einer anderen Suite untergebracht würden und die Preisdifferenz erstattet bekämen. Das haben wir akzeptiert. Vor Ort wurde uns bereits gesagt, dass wir nach genau vier Tagen umziehen könnten. Am zweiten Urlaubstag sahen wir jedoch, dass beide Presidential Suiten die ganze Zeit von anderen Gästen bewohnt waren....

"Colazione ottima, cibo vario ed anche io che sono celiaca ho trovato pane e dolce per me. Personale disponibile e sempre cordiale e sorridente. La struttura meriterebbe di manutenzione più attenta. Nel complesso valuto buono. La posizione direi ottima rispetto al centro. Vicino alla spiaggia dei famosi pop corn ma a piedi in 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Ritornerei molto volentieri. Il Rooftop fantastico."

"We loved the pools and availability of the sun loungers all the time. The food was amazing and presented for every meal. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. Bonus to have some UK tv channels. All inclusive package had good choices and liked that there were other cafes and bars included outside the hotel . Wil definitely recommend this to our friends and family."

The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The snack bar also offered an excellent selection throughout the day. "Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."
