"Incredible beach views, rooms are recently renovated and modernized. Great location in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. My feedback is regarding the fine details, which were lacking. We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. "We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants."

"We loved to stay here! Clean - brand new rooms. Everything so private and close to the beach and everything. The staff was so nice! If you travel with kids and want easy - everything, this is your place! They have lavazza coffee machines and I enjoyed that a lot! Everything in the room was brand new! Literally EVERYTHING. "

"Garbage cans around the beach area would be helpful. Directions on how to control the ceiling fan and ac. Otherwise all was good. Beatriz at the front desk was amazing!"

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"They seem to be short staffed (on transport and hotel restaurant). Hotel also has problems with “HVAC noise”. Request for room change not uncommon. This last trip my room was perfect!"

La puerta del baño blanca pero horrible sucia. El TV no se conectaba al wifi solo TV canales locales. Tuve que comprar dos aromatizadores Glade para poder eliminar el mal olor a sucio y polvo.
