"Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

"Check in was straight forward. Staff was helpful. Room clean as well as the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was what you'd expect and was fine."

"Am breakfast staff just sat there (with their feet up on some fruit boxes)watching people, did not get up to wipe a table when people left. The traffic in and out of front check in parking area was ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes to be able to pull up to load our belongings. I was appreciative of the trolley ride to Mayo since there is so much construction going on and confusion. It was an okay hotel, not sure if I'll stay there again."

"My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...
