"We stayed at Apex City of Bath for our first wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful few days from start to finish. We were treated to a free upgrade to a lovely balcony room, well laid out and a great size. Mia had prepared the room beautifully with decorative swan towel folds and an anniversary cake platter waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch. A special mention to Felix, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special; the level of care really stood out. The restaurant food was excellent throughout, and we made good use of the relaxing pool. The location couldn't be better for exploring Bath on foot. A brilliant hotel with a team that clearly cares. We'll definitely be back."

"Love staying here. So much easier for an early flight. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I had a minor incident where I’d left my purse in the car. The company that had the car kindly brought it me back and the hotel very kindly gave a pass for them to get out of the airport. I joint effort of kindness that I was very grateful for."

"We stayed for one night - 2 adults and 2 children - in one of their quad bunk bed rooms. The hotel has a cool style and the premium amenities were nice - the hairdryer was a Dyson, the room had GHD straighteners and you had Cowshed products. Only negatives we found were there seemed to be no lift which wasn't a major issue for us as we're were travelling light but if you had heavy cases it could be a bit of a struggle. The room could also have benefited from a couple of chairs so you didn't have to sit in bed the whole time. All in all a good stay though."

"Lovely hotel, amazing and spacious family room. Breakfast buffet really good. Shame you have to pay extra for the pool considering the price of the room. Boathouse dining was really great."
