Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "The Breakfast muffins were fresh baked every morning.
A/c Heat unit worked great. Place was just perfect and the owners could not have been nicer or more acomodating. Will go back again and again."

"Loved the location of the room near the indoor pool. Breakfast every morning was great. Everything nice and clean.
There are fridges in the rooms but no microwaves. There is one microwave in the dining area but you have to walk to heat up food. That was the only thing I wish the room had was a microwave."

"Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places."
