"The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately there were repeated issues with misinformation and poor communication throughout our stay.
At check-in, we were told Pilates was offered daily at 9:30 AM. I even called the front desk the morning of to confirm and was told it was happening on the 6th floor, only to arrive and find out there was no class. The Pilates instructor informed us classes are only offered Friday–Sunday, not daily or weather permitting as we were later told by management. It became frustrating constantly receiving conflicting information depending on who we spoke with.
There were several other disappointments during our stay:
* The rooftop bar/music directly above our room created constant noise and banging late into the night.
* Elevator wait times were extremely difficult, especially being on the 25th floor.
* No ice machine on our floor.
* The spa attempted to charge us more than the price we originally booked due to “dynamic pricing,” which was never disclosed until after our massage, completely ruining the relaxing experience.
* We were also incorrectly charged at the bar and had an additional $423 in addition to the $750 security deposit hold placed on our account that we were never informed of during check in.
To their credit, the staff members themselves were generally kind and polite, the beds were very comfortable, and management did eventually remove two nights of resort fees and correct the extra account hold. However, for the price point of thi"
