"Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up.
The bedrooms are spacious but so hot as we couldn’t seem to open the windows. The week we were there the temperatures were between 20-25 degrees, much less than the...

"Superb flat with amazing views in possibly the best location in Lyme Regis!
Small but well thought out flat, only downside was it is above a fish restaurant and was a bit smelly due to this."
