"The pillows(4) were terrible either lumpy or too soft. The TV was very poor for a quality hotel, only local channels with many of them buffering. I would have expected a Smart TV with streaming channels at least. Tried setting the A/C from 24deg to 26deg but after a couple of minutes it reverted to 24deg but other than that it was fine"

"The bed duvet had blood and either pee stains on it. Spoke to reception and they changed it. The bar run out of mixers for cocktails. Had trouble with the wifi and was told they were busy. Had trouble getting laundry powder as they thought they were out. Seemed like they were trying to save on giving products out but did tell us to ask if we need anything"

"Booked for parking but the carpark was full, thankfully a staff member moved his car so I could park there. Shower was terrible, no pressure. Air con was noisy. This was obviously a premium hotel in its heyday but now its showing its age. A pity because the location is good."

"The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the tv remote did not turn on the tv. so i rang down and a staff member came and helped me out by switching the tv on behind the tv. he was most apologetic they did not have the right batteries.

"The parking is easy and the location is central with many walking meal options. Most of all the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. This time my travel wasn’t work but for my husband’s birthday and they even gave us a little bottle of wine for our stay.
