"My daughter’s soccer team stayed here and it was great! We are a Family of five and the rooms We’re spacious and clean. The bathrooms were great and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The kids loved the pool even though it wasn’t heated and many used the new machines in the fitness Room. Overall great experience!"

"The staff was not very helpful. Kind of acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked for something. The room service experience was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of traveling had to get transferred 5 times to get no where with my ordering. Went down stairs and had to put my order in with the front desk staff, then they called us and told us that we had to order via the QR Code. Sorry, but that is totally horrible"

"Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area."
