"My husband and I stayed here 4 years ago and it was so nice. Everything about it was great then so we chose to stay this trip. When we arrived the staff was on the phone in another room. Couldn’t understand anything she said for starters. When we got to our room, the only thing that was clean was the bed. Bathroom shower had someone’s body hair in the shower floor, and mold was all along the side of the shower floor. The bed had a fitted sheet, non fitted mattress bad and a sheet on top. The bed pillows were the smallest pillows I’ve ever had on a bed. When we got up, we expected coffee as there was a coffee pot in the room, it was broken. We went downstairs at 8:30 and breakfast as well as all coffee had been put away. Breakfast apparently ended at 8:30. We will not be returning to this hotel at any time in the future and warn others that it’s not worth booking!!"
