Top West End Hotel Reviews
Moxy Ottawa Downtown
8/10 Good
"Nice new property. Well located on byways market. Walking distance to mall and restaurants, Rideau canal… Pet peeve is that they only clean the rooms every second day. I asked if it’s because we booked with Expedia? Got in our room and no water, coffee and room not made. Called front desk. Hung up on me. Called again to ask for refill on coffee and water, never received it."
Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
8/10 Good
"Our room was spacious and having a kitchen was great for our 6 day stay - and a grocery store only a few blocks away. While our room was rather dated, it was in good condition and so walkable to museums, the Parliament & restaurants. We would stay here again."
Lord Elgin Hotel
8/10 Good
"Everything was very lovely including all the staff but we felt the restaurant food quality was not up to the standard for a hotel of that caliber."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"the room was very clean, the staffs were helpful, and breakfast was very good, above standard level. Just no free parking lot, parking is underneath pay parking."
Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport
8/10 Good
"Everything was 10/10 EXCEPT the shower, there is a huge metal rod right in a tough spot in the shower that limits space. It may be that my room was handicapped equipped which is fine but that's my only reason for not giving 5 stars."
Best Western Plus Gatineau-Ottawa Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and this is the second time I am staying here. I will definitely come back again. The cost is reasonable, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to downtown Ottawa."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West - Nepean by IHG
