"The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, especiallythe waffles, and the room was spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that the laundry room was closed due to a fire a few weeks ago. Based on this stay, I will be considering Hampton Inns for future stays."

"Séjour superbe! Hotel très propre et chic avec tarif avantageux. J'y retournerai certainement! J'ai beaucoup aimé les draps du lit et la grandeur de la chambre. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas inclus cependant il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel qui sert des délicieux déjeuner jusqu'à 12h."

"The overall stay was short. Parking was not easy at times. On checkout we had to load our bags (about 13 bags) at an alternate location from the entrance because a semi-truck was unloading blocking the entrance. It was also raining during this time. Several guests expressed their frustrations. Also, for a 'resort' the bathroom tiles were not clean and had mold."

"I was very happy with my stay. For me, it's the small details that matter. Cleanliness is #1 and everything in my room and in the hotel was clean. Outside of the room being a bit dated, I was pleased with my room. I can't wait to see the renovated rooms when that happens. The one thing that was irritating was not being able to access someone at reception several times. Several times they were not at the desk and there is NO WAY to contact them. I shouldn't have to go back to my room to phone them. This needs to improve. The lounge was a hit or miss. One of the guests was almost screaming one afternoon and NONSTOP. I had to ask her to talk softer and everyone else gave me a smile because I did that. Someone from the hotel should have done this. We are there to relax and we can't do this if someone is being inconsiderate. They don't even verify who's coming in. Dress code should be managed better as well. The food service was good except one morning when we all had to wait for things. No bowls, no bacon, no milk in the coffee machine. No one was removing the dirty dishes from the table. I waited 35 minutes before one dish was removed. Sorry but this is unacceptable."
