"Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold.
Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in...

"The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. Needs some attention, not a property Hilton should be proud of…"

"Best staff! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I place several calls with questions before the trip and received helpful and courteous answers. Same thing while staying.
The rooms were pretty clean and very comfortable with AC and working ceiling fans that were quiet. The sheets and pillows were nice. I didn’t care for the beds. They were a bit springy for my taste.
Dishes / utensils were a bit sparse in the kitchenette but we made it work.

"This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a lot). The staff was the most courteous and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back!"

"The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying here. I did not have any major issues with my stay. The tv was old and not set to the correct time which made the guide useless and a bit frustrating to find what to watch. The breakfast was good and I love that it was served until later (10am) on the weekends."
