"I was very wary of booking this hotel, based on some of the reviews on here.. I followed my gut and booked it regardless, and was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided by this hotel. We pulled up and were greeted by the wonderful concierge team, valet parking, immediately handed us an umbrella to shield us from the rain.. went into check in and had an amazing experience with the front desk. The room was absolutely incredible with the best views of the red rocks, I've never seen anything like it, and the views from the room were so great we didn't need to leave.. The bar is right next to a creek and offers outdoor seating, an upscale, cozy experience. There is an onsite free shuttle service where you are able to get a free taxi essentially, anywhere within a 1.5km radius. All staff were amazing, the hotel was amazing, and the service was incredible. We got engaged on the balcony of the hotel, it was incredible. For anyone put off by bad reviews, ignore them. Ultimately the hotel isn't cheap, and so any miniscule minor inconveniences seem to trigger a bad review here. Ignore and enjoy - you won't regret it. "

"Clean room & quiet rooms!!! Thank God!! The bathroom doors were annoying. Only one side worked, & they were narrow with wide slits. Not much privacy when with older kids."

"Great location, very friendly staff, very clean, cute room with surprisingly tons of space. I booked a queen studio with queen pull out bed, queen bed was very spacious, large enough for two adults (one who is 6’5”) unit had small kitchenette with cups, coffee maker, toaster, small fridge, dish soap and sponge for cleaning, dish towels etc. bathroom was very large and the soap/shampoo/conditioner all smelled wonderful. This property is walking distance to many local spots and also has many amenities on property for use (grills, fire pits, pools etc). I highly recommend this resort and would book here again next time in Sedona"

"This hotel is amazing! Perfect location walking distance to Bell Rock, many food places and a gas station. The staff was amazing and gave us a beautiful room with front row view of bell rock and balcony to take it all in. Used the BBQ on site, clean and worked great! Always a great place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable with full kitchen including stove top, fridge, even dishwasher. Perfect for a few nights stay or more!"
