"Check-in was easy and a breeze. However, the issues started once we made it to our room. We booked a King room through Hotels.com but when entering into our room I noticed it was a double room. I immediately went back downstairs and inquired (and showed my booking confirmation of a King) to the rep at the front, Liza/Liz?, and she advised that she saw that a change was made on the backend and my room was auto-changed by someone on Hotels.com end. When I expressed that I certainly didn't make the change and asked her if we could move to a King room, she advised that they were completely booked and had no other rooms available. I understood and went back upstairs and just accepted the fact that my husband and I would be sleeping on separate beds for the night... until... After trying to flush the toilet one time, it began to nearly overflow so we called the front desk asking for someone to come look at it. Not even 3 minutes after the call, they were magically able to just move us RIGHT NEXT DOOR into a King room."
